Chief Executive Officer-FMO

Nanno Kleiterp (1953) has extensive experience in private sector development in developing countries, namely in Latin America where he lived and worked for a number of years. Since 1987 he has fulfilled various roles at FMO, including Manager Small-Scale Businesses, Region Manager Latin America and acting Director Credit and Participations. In 1996 he entered the Management Board as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2000, Kleiterp has been responsible for FMO's risk-bearing portfolio as Chief Investment Officer. As per 1 October 2008 Kleiterp has become CEO of the FMO.
