Registration fees includes entrance to all official conference sessions, the Welcome Cocktail Reception, the Gala Dinner, and all lunches and coffee breaks specified on the agenda.
BECOME A MEMBER: AVCA annual membership starts at €250 for individuals and €1000 for organisations, to join AVCA fill and return the membership forms on the website www.avcanet.com

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the event you may send a substitute delegate at no additional charge. Please inform the conference organizers immediately. Cancellations before 5th of November 2009 will be charged $ 75 .
We regret that there is no refund on cancellations after 5th of November 2009
