AVCA Presents its 8th Annual Private Equity Conference

Africa: The Growth Continent for Private Equity "Investment Opportunities - 2010 and beyond"

AVCA hosted its 8th Annual Conference, "Africa, the Growth Continent for Private Equity", on November 15-17, 2009 in Cairo, co-hosted by Citadel Capital. Over 300 participants from thoughout Europe, Africa, the US and the Middle East enjoyed two full days of thought provoking and informative discussions on the role of private equity in Africa's development, and the still large potential of the asset class to flourish throughout the continent. The conference provided not only an opportunity for GP's and LP's to meet, but also provided an exchange of ideas and contacts vital for the growth of the market.
